Integrations

Luna HR connects to your existing business tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual data entry.

Available integrations

Sage Accounting

Sync expense data from Luna HR to Sage for seamless bookkeeping.

What it does:

  • Approved expense reports are synced to Sage as transactions
  • Category GL codes are mapped to Sage nominal codes
  • Sync status is tracked per report (pending, synced, error)

Setup:

  1. Go to Admin > Integrations
  2. Click Connect on the Sage card
  3. Enter your Sage API credentials
  4. Map your expense categories to Sage nominal codes
  5. Test the connection

Once connected, approved expense reports are synced automatically.

Xero

Xero integration is coming soon. If you'd like to be notified when it's available, visit Admin > Integrations and register your interest.

Requesting an integration

If you use a tool that isn't listed, you can request it:

  1. Go to Admin > Integrations
  2. Click Request an integration
  3. Tell us what tool you'd like to connect and how you'd use it
  • Expenses — expense data that syncs to accounting tools
  • Reports — exporting data for use in other systems
